The company was formed by the management of Moydow Mines International Inc following the acquisition of the latter by Franco-Nevada Corporation.
The company holds exploration licences at Hwidiem, Agyakusu and Kanyankaw in Ghana, at Wells, Nevada, in Lofa County, Liberia and the Kambui Hills in Sierra Leone.
